Boutique Blinds Ltd does not allow returns or exchanges for change of mind, faulty items due to incorrect installation/damage/incorrect usage causing wear and tear, and incorrect purchase of size or colour. As all our products are custom made to your order we do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you order carefully.
If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions to see what is covered.
